Hi I'm Loretta Waylen and I am the founder and manager of Mallee Goal Development Services.


The Mallee Goal Development Team is made up of very friendly staff who are always smiling and have big hearts ❤️ and give 100% effort for their client all the time!


We offer disability services including respite care to Mildura and the Wimmera Mallee regions of Victoria through the NDIS.


We aim to reach the NDIS goals to help our participants become more independent.

Our Story...


Mallee Goal Development Services was founded in 2022 by Loretta Waylen.


I have been a disability support worker for 16 years and I am very passionate about helping my participants reach their goals.


I absolutely love helping them with every day living and seeing them become more independent and to see the smiles on their faces!


This makes me so happy!


I love how my amazing team help our participants so much that we are all able to enjoy seeing them smile!

Community Access

In Home Support

Our team provides supports for daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking and meal-preperation and also providing personal hygiene assistance.

NDIS Cleaning

Our team attend our participants home with cleaning supplies and are happy to complete cleaning that may need to be done.

Community Access

We offer a range of community access activities such as appointments, grocery shopping, going out for coffee or lunch and doing lots of other fun activities.

Respite

We offer community respite. Respite is essential for giving individuals a break from daily challenges. Stepping away helps recharge and gain perspective, reducing burnout and improving well-being.

Social Groups

Join our group social night for a fun dinner and desert chosen by participants. 


Fortnightly Friday 5:30pm till 8:30pm



School Holiday Program

We offer a fun and engaging school holiday program for children aged 6-18 years. keep your child active during the school holidays with numerous of fun activities planned.
